The Bible
We believe the Bible is God’s word, making it the final authority on all matters of faith and life. (2 Timothy 3:15-17)
The Trinity
We believe in one God perfectly and eternally existing in three Persons — The Father, The Son, The Holy Spirit. (2 Corinthians 13:14)
The Father
We believe God is the almighty creator and sustainer of Heaven and Earth. (Genesis 1:1)
The Son
We believe Jesus is the Son of God, Savior of the world, and the King of kings. He lived. He died. He rose again. He ascended to Heaven. He is coming back. (John 3:16 | 1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit lives in every Christian and equips them to walk in God’s ways and advance God’s Kingdom for God’s glory and for our good. (John 16:15)
The Church
We believe the Church is The Body and The Bride of Christ on the earth, made of up all who put their faith in Jesus. God’s plan is for Biblically qualified men to lead the church. The Church practices two ordinances—communion and baptism. The Church’s mission is to advance the Kingdom of Heaven by making disciples. (Acts 2:14-47 | 1 Peter 5:1-3 | Matthew 28:19-20)
Salvation
We believe that everyone has sinned, deserves judgment and needs saving. We believe salvation only comes by God’s grace through faith in Jesus Christ. We believe those who trust in Jesus have been transformed from the inside out and will live for God. (Romans 3:23 | Romans 5:8-11 | Romans 12:1-2)
The Last Things
We believe in the visible and glorious return of Jesus. We believe all will be raised. The saved will be raised to eternal life. The unrepentant will be raised to eternal separation from God. We believe death seals the eternal destiny of each person. (1 Corinthians 15:42-44 | Romans 8:10-11)
Marriage and Sexuality
We believe God created and defines marriage to be between one man and one woman for life. We believe all sexual immorality (adultery, fornication, homosexuality, incest, bestiality, pornography, attempting to change or deny one’s biological sex) is sinful and offensive to God. (Matthew 19:6 | 1 Corinthians 6:9)
